Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I value your time as much as mine. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, please review the following cancellation policy:
1. Notice Requirement:
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
2. Late Cancellations:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 35% fee.
3. No-Shows:
• If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice or you’re more than 20 minutes late you will be marked as a no-show, will be charged 35% of the service and I will no longer be able to do that appointment.
4. Late Arrivals:
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $5 fee and your appointment may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the time available.
6. Emergencies:
• I understand that life happens! If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your options.
